Functional Glow Wellness provides wellness education, lifestyle guidance, and health-coaching services. We do not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or act as your healthcare provider.

2. Coaching Services

All coaching, programs, and educational content offered by Functional Glow Wellness are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching is not a substitute for medical care.

  • Elizabeth Keller works as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a separate clinical role, and does not act as your medical provider within this program.

  • No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice will be provided.

  • You remain responsible for consulting your licensed medical provider for any health concerns, questions, or changes to your treatment plan.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal ability to enter into a contract

  • Agree to these Terms

If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

4. Payments & Billing

By purchasing a service or program, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Authorize Functional Glow Wellness (and its payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method

  • Pay all fees associated with your purchase

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be provided after program access has been granted.

5. Cancellations & Scheduling

If your service includes scheduled coaching sessions:

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website, programs, materials, videos, workbooks, and resources is the intellectual property of Functional Glow Wellness™.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Share

  • Claim as your own

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in programs or coaching, you agree to:
